The main cottage was built in 1850 with the stables originally sheltering horses whilst work was carried out in the adjoining workshop by the resident blacksmiths.
The stable refurbishment has been completed to a very high standard, accommodating space and comfort with the aid of under floor heating fed by an air source heat pump.
The stables is available for self catering holiday lets - Saturday to Saturday throughout the year and for short breaks during the Autumn, Winter and Spring. Check in on the day from 3pm and vacated by 10am. |

There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room.(travel cot available upon request)
All bedding is supplied apart from cot bedding.
The kitchen/dinning room has an electric oven/microwave and fridge.
The lounge has HD TV, DVD player and plenty of toys and games for all to relax and enjoy.
The shower room has a large walk in shower with toilets upstairs and down.
Sorry no smoking.
Washing machine facilities are available in the laundry room next door to the stable along with a freezer.
There is plenty of parking space in front on the property and available space to lock up bikes etc.

The garden can be reached from the car park or via the patio doors leading from the lounge. These open out onto the decking area where there are barbeque facilities that overlook the glorious countryside.
The rear garden has a small pond, (young children should be supervised) fruit trees and also houses our resident egg laying chickens.
Sorry no pets due to the resident animals.
